What’s next?

Now that we have you caught up-to-date on the IMSC process so far, here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming over 2011-12. 

How do we plan to share IMSC across the campus? Glad you asked! During the fall, we will be working on developing messaging that can be used across campus for our audiences – prospective students, current students, faculty and staff, the greater community, donors and alumni. Our future posts will describe our strategy for developing these messages and how we plan to engage the campus to gather your input. 

In early spring, we are very excited to announce the planned launch of the IMSC website. This will be a comprehensive site with helpful information, useful tools and easy to use downloads. From graphic and brand standards to social media to training – all will be made available online to help you with your marketing and communication needs. We also plan to offer training in the spring, which will be detailed on this site as well. 

We’ll launch a series of e-newsletters to reconnect with our C3 group, the Community of Content Creators. C3 members will hear first hand about the training sessions, available resources and shared best practices so they are informed and equipped to best assist their respective schools and/or units.

So stay tuned….it will be an exciting year! Your IMSC committee has remained dedicated to making sure the launch is valuable and useful and that each step is clearly communicated so you know what to expect.
